ALLEN & OVERY LLP charity pledge TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. THE PROMOTER
1.1 The promoter is: THIRTY THREE LLP (OC372712) whose registered office is at The Observatory, 40 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1R 0AW (the Promoter).
2. THE SPONSOR
2.1 The sponsor is ALLEN & OVERY LLP whose registered office is at One Bishops Square, London, E1 6AD (the Sponsor).
3. THE PLEDGE
3.1 For each share on social, Allen & Overy pledge to give £5 to their global charity partner, Hope and homes for Children
3.2 The title of the quiz is “Are you made for more?"
3.3 The pledge is being run by the Promoter on behalf of the Sponsor
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 The pledge will run from 00:00 on 21 January 2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 17:00 on 01 March 2019 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
4.2 All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 17:00 Friday 1 March on the Closing Date. Acceptance of entries after the Closing Date is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4.3 To enter the pledge:
(b) share the unique traits GIF on their individual social media page;
(c) tag the Allen and Overy social media account on that page, which is:
(i) Facebook: @AllenOveryGrads,
(ii) Twitter: @AllenOveryGrads,
(iii) Instagram: @aomadeformore; and
(d) Use the hashtag #aomadeforemore
4.4 No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
4.5 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of entry to the pledge.
4.6 By submitting a pledge entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.9 As part of the pledge, the Sponsor will donate £5 for each share on social media of the unique traits gif up to a maximum of £5,000 to a charity of its choice.
5.1 The pledge is open to all residents in the UK and Ireland, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter, the Sponsor or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, the Sponsor or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the pledge or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
5.2 You must ensure that your individual social media accounts are not set to ‘private’ for the duration of the pledge or your entry may not be viewable.
5.3 In entering the pledge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the pledge. Failure to provide evidence of eligibility may result in disqualification.
5.4 The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) incomplete; or
(e) deemed by the Sponsor to be inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene, defamatory, derogatory, slanderous, libellous, or otherwise unlawful or which may be offensive to an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability.
5.5 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
5.6 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the pledge.
5.7 An entry may be removed from the Sponsor’s respective digital and social media channels at any time.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Sponsor, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the pledge or quiz. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. OWNERSHIP OF PLEDGE ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 You agree that the Sponsor may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.aograduate.com, Facebook page and any other social media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the pledge. You agree to grant the Promoter and Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the pledge entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the pledge entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
7.2 You agree to the use of your entry by the Promoter and the Sponsor in connection with publicising the pledge.
7.3 Upon posting the unique traits gif on your individual social media page, you consent to the Sponsor re-sharing your entry on its social media channel’s page. You should not share the unique traits gif on your individual social media page if you do not wish for the Sponsor to re-share your entry on its social media channels.
8.1 In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided or referred to at the time of entry), these terms and conditions shall prevail.
8.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the pledge or disqualify you from the pledge.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize pledge where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
