Our selection process
If your application for a vacation placement or training contract is successful, you will be invited to our assessment day. This comprises two interviews with a partner, a senior associate or a senior member of HR.
The first interview is based on your application form and will assess your skills and knowledge, your reasons for applying and your commercial awareness. The second interview is based on a case-study and you will have 30 minutes to work through your brief and prepare a short presentation to deliver to your interviewer. This presentation will be followed by a discussion with your interviewer about key points arising from the case study.
After both interviews, you will be met by one of our trainees who will take you for a coffee and give you a tour of our office.
