Leicester University Law Society Cocktail Evening

On Monday 16th October, 2010, the University of Leicester Student Law Society hosted a cocktail evening kindly sponsored by Allen & Overy. The evening took place at the Terrace Bar in the city centre which provided a warm atmosphere for the evening. It was a great chance for students to relax during one of the busiest times of the semester and the event was well attended by both Law and non-Law students. We were lucky enough to have two Allen & Overy trainees in attendance as well as a partner, Jonathan Mellor. This gave the students the opportunity to get useful and helpful advice, as well as being able to find out more about Allen and Overy by talking to the representatives one-on-one.

The evening was a great success and was enjoyed by all. We would like to thank Allen & Overy for their generous sponsorship and attendance at this event.
