Our selection process

If your application for a vacation placement or training contract is successful, the next stage will be an assessment day comprising two interviews with a partner or senior associate.

The first interview is based on your application form and will assess your skills and knowledge, your reasons for applying and your commercial awareness.  The second interview is based on a case-study and you will have 30 minutes to work through your brief and prepare a short presentation to deliver to your interviewer.  The presentation will be followed by a discussion with your interviewer about key points from the case study.

After both interviews, you will be met by one of our trainees who will take you for a coffee and give you a tour of our office.

If you are unsuccessful at interview, particularly if you have other interviews coming up, contact us for feedback on our decision.  We are happy to provide feedback verbally to all interview candidates.
