Turning the Tables

Have you ever wanted to know more about what a firm is really like?  Have you ever wished you could get the inside story direct from trainees and lawyers? We've done something a little different to help you get your wish - we let you interview us!

Last year we launched a campaign to find individuals interested in a legal career who would "turn the tables" on our people, asking the questions to which you really wanted to hear the answers. From the applications we received, five students who we had never met before visited our London office to meet a panel of trainees, associates and partners.  The students asked our panel questions covering all aspects of life at Allen & Overy and, to add to the experience, none of our panel knew what to expect or what questions may get fired at them during the discussion!
