Accepted our offer

We have two intakes of trainees per year; one in March and one in September.  We are sometimes able to accommodate changes in start date, depending on intake numbers.  As we fill our intakes when we recruit any changes are usually a swap when one person moves out of an intake allowing another to take their place.  We therefore run a waiting list system where you can request a change of date and we will then move you as and when a space becomes available.  We do of course take exceptional circumstances into account.

Should you wish to change your start date, please email Caroline Lindner stating your current start date, the date you would like to move to and the reasons for your request.  Caroline will then confirm these details with you and advise whether we have space in your requested intake and, if not, your position on the waiting list.  When a space becomes available you will be contacted to ask if you would like to make the change.  At that stage you may decide you no longer wish to move, in which case your space will be offered to the next person on the list.  If you change your mind, you will rejoin the end of the waiting list.
