Before submitting an application it is important that you have included all details of academic qualifications and grades, including individual module results from your undergraduate studies and post graduate studies if applicable. This information should be added to the qualifications section of the form. Failure to submit this information will result in a considerable delay to your application.
TRAINING CONTRACTS
Applications from final year non-law undergraduates and graduates for training contracts commencing in March 2015 and September 2015 will be accepted from 1 November 2012 to 15 January 2013.
Applications from penultimate year law undergraduates and law graduates for training contracts commencing in March 2014 and September 2014 will be accepted from 1 June to 31 July 2012.
Interviews
We require all interview candidates to bring along the following information to their assessment day:
- AS, A2 or A-level certificates (or equivalent)
- Degree transcript (for all years completed to date)
- Transcripts for any postgraduate study completed (including Law School)
VACATION PROGRAMMES
Winter vacation programme
Applications from final year undergraduates and graduates for our winter 2012 vacation programme will be accepted from 1 October to 31 October 2012. This years programme will run from Wednesday 12th December to Friday 21st December 2012.
Summer vacation programmes
Applications from penultimate year undergraduates (and second year undergraduates on a four-year course featuring a third year abroad) for our summer 2013 vacation programmes will be accepted from 1 November 2012 to 15 January 2013.
The dates of the programmes are -
Monday 17th June to Friday 5th July 2013
Monday 8th July to Friday 26th July 2013
Monday 29th July to Friday 16th August 2013
Interviews

Two year LLB applicants
Candidates who are studying for the two year LLB (or equivalent) can apply for the summer vacation programmes in their first year and / or the winter vacation programme in their final year. Candidates wishing to apply direct for a training contract should apply in June / July at the end of their first or second years. Please ensure that you include a breakdown of all academic results received from your previous undergraduate degree on your application form.
OPEN DAYS
Applications for open days will open on 1 November 2012 to 29 February 2013.

Singapore Training Contracts
The Singapore office of Allen & Overy is currently accepting training contract applications until 30 June 2012. Applicants should visit www.allenovery.com/careeruk for details of the selection criteria. Please send your cover letter, CV and full transcripts of all undergraduate studies and post graduate studies if applicable to SN_Recruitment@allenovery.com. Applicants can apply for the September 2012 and March 2013 intakes. Any candidate applying who wishes to start in September 2012 should make this clear on their application form.
